Primary Function: To function as a member of the Paint Group .Performs shot blasting, beam blasting, steam cleaning, cleaner grinding, and installs counterweights.
Tools and Equipment: Various types of equipment including but not limited to ordinary hand tools, ladder, fork lift, steam cleaner, shot blaster, beam blaster, grinders, vacuum cleaner, etc.
Materials: Parts, sub-assemblies, paper, grease, rags, air, grinding disks, sand, pig iron, shot, etc.
Source of Supervision: Foreman
Direction Exercised: None
Working Procedure:
Functions as a member of a Paint Group. Performs at skill levels equivalent, but not limited to, counter weighting, cleaner/grinder, shot blast, beam blaster, steam cleaner, etc. Responsible for own work within a group requiring coordination with other members of the group in order to maintain production. Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Must hold any governmental mandated certificates and licenses.
