We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our Distribution Technology Team at TCW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem, including its migration to Financial Services Cloud. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, improve user experiences, and support business objectives.
Experience with institutional or wealth distribution systems and processes is highly desirable, as this knowledge will help align Salesforce capabilities with the unique needs of our client base.
Essential Duties
Salesforce Migration & Implementation :
- Collaborate with the Salesforce implementation partner on the migration from our current Salesforce Cloud instance to Financial Services Cloud.
- Support requirements gathering, system testing, end-user training, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition.
- System Administration & Maintenance :
- Perform day-to-day administration, monitor system performance, and manage user support requests.
- Oversee license allocation, data cleansing, and ongoing stewardship of the CRM system to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Platform Optimization :
- Research and implement enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades to improve the quality, functionality, and efficiency of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports to automate business processes and enhance data integrity.
- Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that address evolving business needs.
- Proactive Maintenance & Innovation :
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and features, assess their potential impact, and recommend actionable enhancements.
- Conduct regular system health checks, security reviews, and release updates to maintain a robust and secure environment.
- DevOps Management, Documentation and Training :
- Manage the DevOps process, including preparing and deploying change sets across environments.
- Create and update documentation, including user guides, process diagrams, and training materials, to support ongoing user adoption and understanding.
- Oversee sandbox management and establish rules and automation to ensure data integrity.

Estimated Compensation :
Base Salary : For NY based position, the base salary range is $120K to $150K. This is an anticipated range and represents base salary only.
Other Compensation : Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
