What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager - Specialty Teas position at The Tea Lab?
The Tea Lab is looking for a dynamic personality to be the Assistant Manager at our location in beautiful Downtown Lakewood. The Tea Lab has been in business for 10 years, providing Cleveland the largest selection of premium loose leaf tea, from around the world. We plan on growing our online sales and expanding our wholesale offering to local restaurants, cafe, and coffeeshops.
We are a Customer-centric business, assisting the Owner selling and upselling teas & accessories; making beverages; maintaining store cleanliness; checking in products & deliveries; maintaining proper inventory counts; following and maintaining CDC/COVID-19 safety standards, self-management; opening and closing store, including cleaning, counting register, etc. Processing online orders. Self motivated, but willing to work with others. This position will also require managerial experience, inventory control, managing small staff, and helping with outside events, manage CRM. ServeSafe a plus.
Will report to Owner
35-40 hours/week; with pooled tip, pat compensation should be 415-18/hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
