Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Substitute Educator, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting or leading the creation of a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
- Supporting and implementing daily routines, lesson plans, and engaging activities.
- Supervising and interacting with children to foster emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Collaborating with other staff to maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and center staff.
Qualifications:
Teachers For Tomorrow welcomes applicants for Aide, Assistant, and Lead Substitute roles. Qualifications will be based on DHS Rule 3 standards.
Additional requirements for all roles:
- Clear background check and eligibility to work with children.
- MUST have a car and be willing to drive up to 25 miles to get to centers.
