The Tech Spot is looking to add another technician to our store.
We specialize is repairs and sales of Cell Phones, Tablets, Smart Watches, Gaming Consoles, & Computers.
The job of a Device Repair Technician / Sales involves selling wireless devices, accessories and repair of wireless devices to our customers and providing great customer service in a fun energetic environment. This is a specialized position in which, an individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Sell wireless phones, computers, gaming consoles, Apple watches, speakers, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strive to retain and gain customers.
- Participate in Social media marketing, flyer distribution or promotions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Ensure that all repairs meet our Tech Spot quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $17.00 per hour
