Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team with at least 1-5 years' experience in first-party property insurance law, preferably defense experience. Experience in liability is also preferred but not required. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and provide legal advice to clients. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits available, including health insurance and IRA. There is also the potential for working remotely.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court;
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients;
Advise clients;
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes; and
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

FL Bar license;

Previous experience in the above-noted legal areas;

Experience with Office 365, including Word and Outlook;

Familiarity with various legal documents;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Ability to build rapport with clients; and

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
