Crew Superintendent
Direct Hire - $80-100k
The Crew Superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of less than 10 employees. The Crew Superintendent must be willing to work outside and assist the employees as needed with the installation of our FRP and polymer concrete products. Starting pay is $80,000 - $100,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules
- Coordinate tools and materials
- Keep an accurate inventory
- Lead project meetings to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedules, and follow up with all parties involved
- Enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and complete site inspections
- Interpret job order requirements, and manage scheduling
- Hold crew accountable, follow up when needed
- See to compliance with all safety codes and regulations
- Promptly resolve any customer complaints
- Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
- Travel required
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of construction experience required; working in the Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) industry highly desirable
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and follow the requirements laid out on the plans and specifications
- Must have working knowledge of project management software
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
- Comfortable working outside at job sites
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 70% of the time, and potentially for months at a time during the busy season within a large territory
