Role is fully on-site in NYC (M-F 9-5pm).
Our client is seeking a Development Manager with Peer to Peer (P2P) Fundraising experience. The ideal candidate will be strategic minded with the ability to review budgets, expenditures as well as review opportunities for growth (direct mail, community fundraising, target demographics). Experience needed with donor relations and fundraising events. Wonderful opportunity to join a non-profit with a strong mission statement.
Requirements include a bachelors degree. 4 plus years of experience within a nonprofit organization as a Development Manager and ability to lead/mentor/manage a team.
