Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and meetings
- Coordinate projects, team communications, and leadership priorities
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor management
- Support internal events, HQ operations, and onboarding efforts
- Prepare agendas and handle sensitive communications
- Occasionally assist with personal scheduling and logistics
- 3 years of C-level executive assistant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong discretion and professionalism
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury industries preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and discretion
- Must be NYC-based and available for on-site work
- Proficiency with Asana
