Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of complex general commercial litigation matters, with a heavy focus on document review and production.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to support client cases, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and reviewed thoroughly.
- Provide substantive legal support, including research, drafting of legal memoranda, and preparation of discovery responses.
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and motions as needed.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in general commercial litigation, ideally gained at an AMLAW 100 firm or a litigation boutique.
- Solid experience with both document production and substantive legal work.
- A J.D. from a top law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
- Staff Attorney level experience with a focus on handling sophisticated matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
