Job Title: Commercial Case Manager
Location: Garden City, NY
(Onsite to start, then Hybrid after full training period – 1 remote day per week, typically within 2-6 months)
Salary: $60K annually plus an annual bonus based on personal and company performance goals

Job Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with law firms and insurance companies to schedule arbitrations, mediations, and special events.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of litigation cases through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices related to scheduled services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred), ADR industry, or judicial system.
- Hybrid work schedule available after 3-6 months of orientation.
