IC Candidates
- Collaborate with suppliers, architects, designers, building owners, and contractors to choose products that fit budget and project specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, end users, and architects, offering presentations on flooring options, installation, and maintenance.
- Compile and manage a list of potential customers for sales leads.
- Submit pricing quotes, verify contract accuracy with the President and Sales Manager, and oversee project coordination, including RFIs, submittals, materials ordering, and scheduling.
- Conduct job site visits for quality control, handle project changes and cost proposals, and ensure timely and proper installation.
- Work with the project team to manage change orders, billings, and close-out documentation.
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the designated location.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and local authorities, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Develop and manage key relationships with Suppliers and Customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial flooring construction and installation. We are not looking for distributor/manufacturer!
- P&L Experience and or Sales Management Experience.
- Experience with RFMS, Measure, Callidus, Measure Square preferred from Estimating candidates
