Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach industrial electricity/PLC troubleshooting courses, adhering to industry-recognized standards and curriculum.
- Create customized course syllabi or outlines for business and industry customers as needed.
- Prepare adjunct instructors for training and work within institution policies and procedures.
- Deliver training programs that meet applicable standards for industry-recognized credentials.
- Associate's degree or technical certifications in technical education or industrial maintenance/engineering technologies from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 4-7 years of directly related experience, including advanced-level industrial electricity troubleshooting experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with industrial electricity-related devices such as PLC units, production lines, robotics, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
