The Tennessee Credit Union is seeking a Teller Supervisor.
We are looking for a Teller Supervisor to join our Cool Spring Branch. The hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 6:15 pm.
This position is an entry level supervisor position responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the teller line.
Day-to-day job duties
Ensuring the assigned branch provides exceptional member service, while making referrals and cross selling products and services to achieve goals. Ensuring efficient operation of branch personnel, vault operations and equipment. Interview members and input consumer loan applications. Assist centralized lenders in closing consumer loans. Assist members with account opening and maintenance of all deposit products and ancillary services. Supervise personnel at assigned branch while maintaining the ability to perform the essential job functions of all branch positions. Monitor all branch activities to ensure adherence to credit Union policy and procedure and regulatory compliance. Coach, train, and develop employees to exceed in their job functions.
Compensation: The minimum salary for this position is $45,000 annually.

REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge of credit union operations, accounts, products, and services.
- Observance of credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork.
- Accuracy in cash handling, and transactions.
- Proficiency in working with computers and office equipment.
- Good interpersonal skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel on an irregular basis.
PHSYICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to assist members from different areas of the branch (teller line, vault, outdoors).
- Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.
QUALIFCATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of experience working in the retail operations of a credit union, bank, or financial institution.
- Experience in management preferred.
