The Terraces of Phoenix is proud to be a part of the HumanGood family, a renowned leader in life plan communities, and we are seeking a skilled Assistant Nursing Director (ADON) to join our dedicated Skilled Nursing team.
As the ADON, you will play a vital role in assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the planning, leadership, organization, and evaluation of our exceptional nursing services tailored to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents. You'll ensure the seamless operation of our health facility in collaboration with various departments while delivering care that aligns with our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.
Annual Salary : $90,000-110,000 (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Actively participating in the training and development of clinical staff.
- Supporting the DON in cultivating a world-class nursing team.
- Supervising and performing daily rounds with floor nurses to guarantee that essential resident care is provided consistently.
- Engaging with residents and their families, addressing inquiries, and providing support as necessary.
- Attending resident review and interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings.
