The Terraces of Phoenix, a distinguished HumanGood life plan community, is hiring dedicated caregivers to support its Assisted Living Team. This full-time position requires an 8am -4pm Mon. through Fri. schedule, with a competitive hourly rate of $32-$35 (DOE). A one-time Sign On Bonus of $5,000 is also available.
Our team of skilled caregivers are responsible for ensuring the nursing needs of residents are met while actively incorporating our 'Philosophy for person-directed Care.' This includes maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, as well as participating in resident daily life rhythms. To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and hold team members accountable for delivering high-quality resident care and satisfaction.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where applying
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred
