What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge On-Call position at The Terraces of Phoenix - a HumanGood community?
This will be a PRN (on call) position
Pay : $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
Work Duties :
- Promptly greet all guests upon arrival to community, provide directions, guidance, assistance or information as requested or needed;
Establish a rapport and supportive relationship with the resident, family members, team members, vendors, and guests
Cover front desks in our main lobby, Assisted Living, Medical Center, and Sales Office as needed.
Help with projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent,
Some college coursework or vocational school courses emphasizing clerical skills including transcribing, alphabetizing, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, tables and scheduling;.
At least one year of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
