Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a pleasant & dynamic Client Service Specialist.

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with multiple interactions and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

We are an established financial planning and investment management firm located in the Treasure Coast, and seeks an outgoing person to provide a unique client experience.

Resourceful, organized, and meticulous, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented; excellent follow-through skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent interpersonal communication, multi-tasking, high energy, drive, and a positive attitude to do whatever it takes to get the job done are required within this dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling appointments with existing clients, prospects, and referrals.

Outbound calls, calendar management, preparing for and coordinating follow-up after meetings.

Handling correspondence, filtering email, mail, and phone calls, and general administrative duties.

Provide a high level of professionalism with internal and external clients via face-to-face, phone, email, and deliver a strong client experience.
