This individual will lead and foster a culture that allows the team to consistently exceed member and guest experiences through an outstanding food and beverage operation. Execution needs to be articulate, poised, and personable. They are a true professional who can impart detailed knowledge of our menus, wines, and cocktail lists to staff and Members alike. They are meticulous when it comes to pre-shift preparation/meetings, dining room and bar setup, inventories, and training. They are obsessive about the tiniest things when it comes to cleanliness. They will do anything for a member or coworker and they take pride in delivering a world-class experience. A friendly, outgoing personality is a must, as is a strong working knowledge of first-class food and beverage service and management.
The Food & Beverage Director will be a dynamic, highly visible, and accessible leader for the staff and Members alike. This individual will “set the pace” as an example to all employees. He or she will be proactive, not reactive and have a very high degree of integrity.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of F&B Manager experience in a private club and or restaurant management position
Proficiency in Jonas POS system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Guest-orientated and service minded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on with all FOH positions
Knowledge and skill in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
Certified Food Safety Manager
