JOB SUMMARY : The Texas Rangers are looking for local college students to join their College Brand Ambassador Program for the 2025 season! They are looking for students who are eager to represent the Rangers brand and learn the ins and outs of working in sports. Selected Brand Ambassadors will serve as influencers for Rangers-driven campaigns, take part in monthly Professional Development Workshops with front office members, have access to exclusive Rangers opportunities, help with various events and more!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
- Utilize personal social media channels as an influencer for Rangers-driven campaigns and other assignments.
- Attend monthly Professional Development Workshops at the ballpark with front office members.
- Attend five games throughout the season and share content on your Instagram and TikTok showcasing your Rangers game day experience and promoting your custom promo code to sell single game tickets.
- Help with set up and execution of Rangers influencer marketing events.
- Attend optional resume workshop & mock interview with the Rangers Human Resources team.
- Attend Kickoff Meeting in March 2025 in-person at Globe Life Field.
- Attend lunch with the Rangers Marketing Department.
- Able to attend in-person meetings, lunches, games and more.
PROGRAM PERKS :
Note : This program will be a minimal time commitment and will allow its participants to have other internships & be involved on campus. The estimated time allotted is 40 hours over a 6-month period.
