What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-home therapy for children, focusing on speech, language, social communication, fluency, and swallowing in alignment with treatment plans.
- Promote communication skills through play, activities, and exercises.
- Tailor materials and methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Train and educate parents and caregivers to support progress.
- Document sessions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Active Arizona licensure.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on family-centered care.
- Relevant experience in pediatric home health therapy.
