Description
Physical Therapy Technicians are responsible for providing essential support in maintaining high-quality patient care while assisting the Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role involves actively participating in patient exercises, aiding in documentation, collaborating with the Front Desk Staff, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding clinic standards and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients in performing exercises as directed by the PT and / or PTA.
- Support the PT and / or PTA in maintaining accurate documentation as required.
- Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the Front Desk Staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
