Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and knowledge, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for performing field activities associated with installing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as collaborating with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
- Maintain systems and work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work safely and ensure all safety measures are taken at all times.
- Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to transport equipment and tools to each job site
- Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
- Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team as necessary
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
- Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
