- Conduct initial and final walkthroughs with contractors and customers.
- Keep homeowners informed and confident throughout the installation process.
- Coordinate with crews and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, document job site conditions, and ensure all compliance standards are met.
- Solve problems proactively—before they affect project timelines.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Finalize punch lists, ensure customer satisfaction, and close out projects with professionalism.
- 2 years of experience in window installation, construction, or similar field supervision.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and project tracking tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites as needed.
