What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters to ensure full claim approvals for storm-damaged homes.
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections, documenting damage and preparing estimates.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, explaining coverage and available options.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure the best possible claim payouts.
- Stay informed on local building codes, ordinances, and insurance carrier policies.
- Close sales by presenting solutions that align with customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage multiple claims and projects simultaneously while keeping clients informed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance claims and sales, ideally in storm restoration, roofing, siding, or home exterior improvements.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to advocate for homeowners and close deals.
- Familiarity with Xactimate or other estimating software (preferred but not required).
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site inspections and client meetings.
