Job Title: Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in managing flooring projects, ensuring smooth execution, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and tracking flooring projects from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and work orders.
- Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Review and process invoices, change orders, and job-related expenses.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching crews for installations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot project issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress and update stakeholders accordingly.
Qualifications:
✅ Experience: Preferably in the flooring, construction, or related industry.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
