Position Duties :
- Assess and optimize the functionality of the Epicor P21 system.
- Customize and integrate P21 to meet the client's unique needs.
- Lead system upgrades and network enhancements for seamless operations.
Provide comprehensive end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of system changes
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Epicor P21 SME with technical and functional expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of P21 modules including : Financials, Inventory, Quote to Cash, Shipping & Distribution, and Shop Floor.
- Experience with P21 Wireless Warehouse
- knowledge of database administration
