Overview
The Tides Estate is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaning staff member to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our event spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure that the banquet halls, kitchen, and restrooms are spotless before, during, and after events.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and event areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.49 - $18.00 per hour
