Arapaho Valley Ranch Summer Guest Services & Bartender

AVR is seeking a positive, hardworking, team player to assist in a variety of guest service duties for a fun, action packed summer season!
JOB DUTIES
Job duties include assisting with the reservation process (answer guests’ questions, booking accommodation, check ins/outs) retail sales working in the Arapaho Valley Ranch Store, assisting Guest Service Manager with marketing, activities, events, and overall creating a positive guest experience as a fun facilitator and mountain concierge. AVR is home to our very own Red Dog Saloon! The Red Dog is labeled as the smallest bar in Colorado. Typical bar shifts would include but are not limited to Friday and Saturday evenings (ex. Special events, holidays)
This position would be 40 hours/week and would start in April 2025 through October 2025, but we are flexible with start and end dates.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be friendly, outgoing, hard-working, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
- Clean driving record, current driver’s license
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Ability to work at a high altitude. We are in the mountains at 8,200 feet elevation.
- Outgoing, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
- Positive and proactive approach to teamwork and working with others.
- Work in a safe and responsible manner always.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Retail Sales
- Bar tending or waiting experience.
- Hospitality and guest services background
Pay and Benefits:

Schedule:
