Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with flying colors
- Collaborate with sales agents to help clients discover their dream homes
- Deliver insightful, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search criteria
- Craft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours a week to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice to keep your skills sharp
- Join in on team activities and embrace the camaraderie
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
