We are looking for positive, flexible, and passionate Bartenders to join us in this next adventure. During the onboarding process, you will experience a week long training session, involving menu tastings, steps of service training, as well as cleaning and reorganizing for successful service.
Availability requirements:
- must be available for two day shifts per week, at minimum
- must be available to work weekends, including home football games

Bartender Requirements:
- The ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and coworkers, as well as offering a positive outlook during stressful situations
- Be flexible, adapt to schedule changes, menu changes, etc.
- Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
- Strength – sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 50lbs (23 kg)
- As well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
- Be articulate; a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
- Willingness to be a team player
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Obtain a Boone County Food Handler Card
- Obtain a State of Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification
Bartender Job Description:
As the Bartender, it is your responsibility to create a warm welcome to every guest, setting the tone for each guest's experience. Doing so, will result in guests returning just for you! Other Bartender responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks to our high standards, highlighting promotions to guest, setting the bar up for success, maintaining and changing beer barrels, handling cash and credit transactions, and keeping a tidy and clean bar space.
