Qualifications:
· Must be either an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
· Must have at least 3 years of fully dedicated experience, in Lean and Agile engagements, including at least one year in Scrum and at least one year in Kanban.
· Must be a disciple of Lean / Agile thinking, and their associated systems of delivery. Show how you have embraced "continuous learning" and provide examples of such endeavors.
Expectations:
· Scrum:
· Own the Sprint Retrospective. Use it as an avenue to imbue the Scrum Team with lean thinking, agile practices. Where appropriate, apply empiricism to learn from recent mistakes.
· General:

- Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide.
- Accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness
- Ensure Scrum Events are held in accordance with the organization's cadence.

· General:
- Make sure the Product Backlog is prima facia display of the work that awaits the team.
- Apply a sharp eye toward the various types of Flow Items, to ensure transparency toward what the team has done, what they are doing, and what awaits them.
- Maintain a list of Impediments / Dysfunctions and, when the time is right, take action.
