The Pricing Analyst drives gross margin performance by establishing, maintaining & managing the price for individual custom product inquiries (RFQ’s) and orders (PO’s). The Pricing Analyst also manages & maintains standard pricing sheets for all product offerings.

- Responsible to determine, maintain and manage pricing on all custom product quotes and orders.
- Drives gross margin performance.
- Creates margin models/ ad hoc reporting for management review.
- Maintains price lists and discount mutiplyers
- Identifies &/or recommends cost savings ideas and drive company cost reductions initiatives
- Works with application engineering, sales, and information technology teams to streamline & automate pricing process.
- Cost accounting support; material and outside service reviews, routing & structure analysis
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field; MBA Preferred
- 7-10 years’ customer support experience in a manufacturing environment; familiarity with industrial gear market and range of market products
- Must have good computer skills in Microsoft applications. XA experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; good organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize to executive leadership in order to drive action within the business.
