Position Summary: This role is pivotal within the Human Resources team, overseeing human resources and organizational development for the Diamond-Drives by Timken business. The position encompasses diverse human resource generalist functions, utilizing HR systems, processes, and expertise to foster employee relations and lead strategic business initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Essential Job Duties:
HR Systems:
Administer HR systems (HRIS) and processes, overseeing HR-related actions and compiling reports.
Employ continuous improvement concepts to enhance HR processes, eliminating waste and adding value.
Utilize HR data and metrics for identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Advise I9 and Verification compliance and audits.
Lead ISO/API compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding top talent in the organization.
Assist in identifying and scheduling training needs for skill development and succession planning.
Communication:
Advocate for employees, maintaining high visibility and communication through various channels.
Lead the development, training, and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Support the planning of plant-wide meetings and recognition events.
Benefits & Leave Administration:
Serve as a site liaison for benefits, connecting employees with the applicable resources and ensuring employee satisfaction.
Lead annual benefits open enrollment, create communications, and address employee questions.
Payroll & Compensation:
Oversight of annual hourly performance reviews and merit processing.
Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Business with 4+ years of relative experience in a manufacturing capacity.
Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, including policies, compliance, payroll, and training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Project management capabilities with the ability to work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical, organized, and process-oriented.
Salary : $72,000 - $111,000
