Responsibilies
HIGH SCHOOL- Diploma or GED Required
PREFERRED- Degree In Industrial Enginerring,Business Management Or Computer Systems

Responsibilies
- Take the initiative to lead, design, and follow through on various improvement projects.
- Use mastery of specialized knowledge and training to coordinate, design, teach, and develop training and certification programs related to specific roles (ex: plant packaging processes)
- Provide accurate and timely reports, which track the department's or plants progress on a regular basis. (example: OEE reports, cycle counting discrepancy reports, incoming quantity audits, etc.)
- Participate in quality, environmental or safety certification programs.
- Participate on various problem-solving teams using structured problem-solving tools. These could include 8-D teams as well as cross-functional teams in the plant or across plants.
- Use of specialized knowledge (SAP, SFI, GPDB, etc.) and experience to deal with day-to-day technical problems and/or emergency problems.
- 5 years manufacturing experience
- Proficient in written communications; possesses effective interpersonal skills
- Several years experience in data mining, compilation and analysis
- Several years experience working on high profile improvement projects
- A degree in Business Admin, Industrial Engrg. or Operations Mgmt.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and use of transaction codes; proficient in Excel, Access, Word or equivalent
- Training / experience in use of structured problem-solving tools; team-based methods
- Able to synthesize large amount of detail and variables to most important few-analyze
- Knowledge of plant flow of production
