We are a growing family-owned company seeking experienced window tint technicians willing to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge equipment and techniques. What we're looking for :
Friendly individual with outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality who works well in a team environment
Brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive & positivity into customer interactions and is comfortable working on their feet
Ability to use technical reference materials and technical manuals in written and online formats and communicate to a non-technical audience
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Professional who takes attendance and integrity seriously, is reliable, task-focused & does the right thing
Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance device required and / or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to or over 35 pounds with assistance device available as needed
Ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basis and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Authorized to work in the US
What you would do :
Prepare vehicles for tint installation including washing and removal of graphics and adhesive
Installation of tint application
Perform work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standard
Aids service writer as needed to write work orders, interact with the customer, or in any other way necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction
Communicates with service advisor and / or dispatcher if additional work is needed
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of parts and supplies
Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order in accordance with operating procedures
Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to assist the team in executing daily operations to ensure premium service and smooth functioning
Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests
