Responsibilities:

• Facilitate process improvements and develop strategies to streamline inventory management practices.
• Prepare and report on inventory performance, including fill rates, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock levels, and order patterns to minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations.
• Forecast future inventory needs using historical data and market trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely, accurate orders and resolve supply chain issues.
• Develop strategies to optimize stock levels while balancing product availability and capital efficiency.
• Evaluate inventory operations and create process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Complete inventory audits and examine discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, lookups, index-match).
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Experience with Python programming is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
