Established law firm in Central Texas primarily devoted to family law and bankruptcy. We are currently seeking an associate with 0-3 years of experience who is interested in growing with us.

The associate will be expected to immediately interact with clients and courts, draft pleadings, prepare discovery requests and responses, and motion practice. Ideally, there will be little court appearances unless you want to, as this position is to support Mr. Tisdale as he handles trials. This is not a remote position, as court appearances may be required.

The ideal candidate will be well spoken and well written. He or she will be detail-oriented, exhibit an excellent work ethic, and provide excellent service to our clients. The firm will provide very capable support staff and technology to assist the attorney. Texas bar license is required.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a bonus structure, paid CLE, paid court holidays, and paid vacation. Benefits include matching 401(k).
