Real Estate Title Processor

Our ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service related to the closing of real estate transactions. We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, outgoing, highly detailed and organized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible to meet deadlines in a real estate transaction
• Understand the closing process, including document presentation, accounting processes and lender directions
• Have a valid driver’s license for limited travel
• This is an in-office position

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Computer skills and knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma
• Title Indusatry experience prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
