Job Description
This role will focus on creating a positive internal and external customer experience, training and coaching associates on front-end principles, and partnering with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly.
- Takes an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles.
- Trains and coaches associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
- Partners with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
- Earns an average salary of $15.00 per hour.
