- Main Duties:
- Manage a team of Human Resources Assistants, providing regular coaching and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and company policy.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
Essential Skills:
- HR generalist experience, preferably in a distribution center or retail environment.
- Knowledge of employment law, HRIS & Payroll systems, benefit programs, and associate relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
