We are looking for a GM that LOVES to be engaged, involved, manage, lead and inspire through teaching, coaching, servant leadership, and developing people and Loves Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch!
We are a fast paced, high-energy, fast casual breakfast/brunch spot open daily from 7am - 3pm. DAY SHIFT ONLY! NO LATE NIGHTS! NO NIGHTS! Be home for dinner every night with your family!! That's right, NO DINNER SHIFTS or LATE NIGHTS! It's the best MANAGEMENT schedule in the restaurant industry!
Must have GREAT customer service skills and create a fun working environment, while holding staff accountable to company culture, philosophy, policies and procedures.
Must be able to work in a very busy, fast paced, high energy restaurant and work all positions, including but not limited to the front and back of the house positions when needed. Must have an extensive background in restaurant management with a minimum of five years as a GM in a full service restaurant.
Will be responsible for SALES, inventory, food and labor cost, ordering, prep sheets, catering, PNL, marketing, cleaning, repairs &, maintenance, recipe adherence, and managing and hiring of all staff.
