Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and offer assistance with menu selections as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with guest services as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
