Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Prepare and set up tables for dining
- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Please note that previous experience in the restaurant, banquet, or brewing industry is preferred but not required. Retail math skills are also beneficial for handling cash transactions.
