We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join our wait-staff team in our busy restaurant. We are currently seeking servers who are comfortable wearing casual attire and interacting with customers. A perfect fit for this position has experience serving in a full-service restaurant in a fast-paced environment, who can multitask effectively and keep track of tickets while maintaining quality customer service. If you're not experienced, but have proven multi-tasking skills and great work ethic, you're still in the game! Tips are paid daily.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
- Knowing the menu and being able to sell the items on it.
- Greet customers and take orders, but don't just be an order taker, be a true server.
- Counting money back to customers.
- Maintain an expected Price Per Person Average.
- Multi-tasking (must keep up with side-work while serving)
- Must work well with others, have composure, and practice great camaraderie.
- Show up to work on time on scheduled days.
