Responsibilities
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly team meetings and PLACE Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Help buyers and sellers navigate every step of the real estate process
- Conduct showings, host open houses, and handle client consultations
- Use our systems, tools, and marketing to generate and convert leads
- Stay on top of local market trends to serve your clients with confidence
- Build meaningful relationships and create lifelong clients
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new tools and systems (CRM experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with clients from all backgrounds
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to participate in team training, meetings, and community events
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Licensed real estate professional
