The Tomlinson Group is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, service-minded Showing Partner to support our team and help deliver an exceptional home-buying experience to our clients. As a Showing Partner, you'll assist our lead agents by managing and conducting property showings, coordinating schedules, prepping homes, and ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in team activities and weekly meetings
- Coordinate and lead property showings for buyer clients
- Ensure homes are show-ready and secure before and after each tour
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and other agents
- Collect and relay client feedback to the lead agent
- Keep an organized, up-to-date showing schedule
- Support occasional open houses and team events as needed
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Active (or in-progress) Ohio real estate license
- Strong people skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Dependable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Highly organized with solid time management skills
- People oriented
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Real estate license
