Business Development Specialist – Luxury NYC Real Estate Team
Part-Time (20 hrs / week, potential for growth based on performance)
We are seeking a strategic, well-connected, and creative Business Development Specialist to help expand our real estate team’s network and clientele, particularly among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and their representatives.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of NYC’s cultural and events scene , exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proactive mindset. While a real estate license is not required, familiarity with the industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine a business development strategy , integrating existing and new initiatives.
- Identify and execute new networking opportunities , including events to attend, clubs to join, and key industry connections to cultivate .
- Strengthen and expand our database of long-term contacts through both traditional and innovative relationship-building methods.
- Spearhead event planning and guest list curation to engage potential clients and referral sources.
- Research and secure speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and industry events to enhance team exposure.
- Oversee and manage client gifting efforts for holidays, birthdays, and other key occasions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the branding and visibility of the team and team leader (excluding property listings).
