Position: Countertop Sales & Sales Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting countertops that best meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on materials, finishes, and pricing.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
- Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a well-organized showroom and keep displays up to date.
- Process sales transactions, invoices, and related paperwork efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in countertops, kitchen/bath, or home improvement is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
