The Topocean Group has grown to become one of the world’s leading freight forwarding and logistics service providers. We currently have an opening for a motivated individual who can provide a high-end customer service experience in the position of a full-time Air Import Customer Service Specialist.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
(Processing Files from A-Z)
- Prepare, handle, and process documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
- Accurately track and trace cargo
- Dispatch freight
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Topocean offices worldwide, and co-workers through email, phone, instant message, and in person.
- Monitor reports
- Accurate and timely client billing
- Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others
- Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements
- Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals
- Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
- Create and maintain customer SOPs
- Provide customer quotes on request
- Acts as go to person for assigned key accounts
- Assist department head with administrative functions as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
